Animals Feel happy

Animal lovers feel happy about human quarantine due to Covid-19. You may have seen roads are fully empty now from people but filled with street dogs, cows, and birds.
I can remember the proverb ” Every dog has its own day”.
Now all animals feel happy, and street dogs are roaming like a king in cities.

Ego kills the nature of mankind or with nature, we kill each other, No idea about suddenly I got this image in social networks, I thought to write a few words about this. Nowadays this world and people updating very quickly in this technological era. We can grab the information from So many sources. Everyone writing beautiful quotes and sharing in their walls in social networks.
Ego is not a disease to take the pills and get cured, and ego is not a self killer which kills others and your surroundings, which is the mental state of consciousness about always giving the importance to themselves. No one has defined the ego of the exact meaning, but we can analyze different parameters from different perceptions,
Anyone who feeds the ego in his heart at the same time grows the pride for unrelated things in life and starts to avoid family, friends, nature and not giving more importance to relationship, love, etc., etc., which erodes happiness, makes isolated from others, put a boundary on our surroundings and also keeps changing the mental stability of nonsense things.
But only self-control can suppress the ego in us so keep the focus on it. Whereas the person who starts to live with the nature of lap as a beautiful, kind then who can help each other, spread the gladness around, can give the piece and try to be a good one in among the universal kingdom.

Covid-19 spreading a vast and in a fast way everywhere across the globe, every minute we are getting updated about the prevalence of Coronavirus from WHO, media and social networks. This symptom gradually increasing and killing so many lives because of the lack of prevention. All doctors who are staying in the hospital day and night, contributing their time to make a healthy society, Even All politicians spreading the awareness of covid-19 to everyone.

Is this virus most dangerous and how does it spread?

If anyone could ask this question, the answer is yes, because such a harmful HIV, Hepatitis (A, B, C, D, E) viruses spread only through exchanging the blood from an infected person, unprotected sex, used syringes, used raisers, etc. And also it’s incubation period is a long term once the virus gets into the cell in the human body which takes a long time to multiple of the virus in the synthesis stage then this disease symptom will appear after six months or more than that.

But Covid-19 which is a contagious disease, and symptoms of this disease will develop very fast in the human body and which spreads through space, between people who are in close contact with one another and respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes, the important thing is that life span is only ten to twelve hours approximately at one place after that it becomes inactive.

How jantha curfew will help the country out in getting rid of covid-19.?

Indian prime minister Mr. Narendra jhi who has been declared to jantha curfew this Sunday, which helps out to the people to take the prevention of Covid-19. This agenda is every one of Indian should stay in a home the whole day without coming out because of Corona Virus’ life Span nearly 10 to 12 hours in one place if no one roaming anywhere, then which will get controlled the spreading of the virus then Complete activity of virus will die. In another few days, everyone has to take lots of prevention by washing hands frequently, wearing a mask in crowded places, avoid standing very close to anyone.  So take lots of precautions then stay safely, spread awareness to your surroundings.

Climb the Hill to be Chilled

When an airplane takes off you can feel that start to flying in amidst of the sky like a bird without you are having the wings, but in reality, what happens, you feel tensed, Sophisticated, you cannot feel the heaven of the Clouds, Lots of constraints, precautions on your head instructed by an air hostess then You feel to dive from the flight, cannot feel the nature, even your skin cannot touch the air also So if you choose any hill with the live presence of you, You can feel it with the gentle breeze, can feel the gravity of earth against on it without any precaution, can touch the clouds sometimes, lots of new things will come out from your mind. You may take any hill when you are climbing on it you get immense pleasure.

Flow with River

I heard often from our teacher during school days that all rivers would join with the sea at the end, even I had a dream the same, no idea about how all rivers would join with the sea just I wanted to see that directly then enjoy the natural phenomenon of the earth and also, I wished to swim along with the river more than 40km. In our childhood life, we all have dreamt of, such a small thing. I bet you, somewhere psychological studies say 80% of the people on the earth get the happiness for some small kinds of stuff so Keep those and dream more and full fill it.

Play on Seashore

The bank of the sea is the most wonderful and Mesmerizing place. No one is there in this world that doesn’t like the sea. I could remember the poem that wrote by Rabindranath Tagore “On the seashore”  just I want to share that piece of the poem here.

“The infinite sky is motionless overhead and the restless water is boisterous.  On the seashore of endless worlds, the children meet with shouts and dances.

They build their houses with sand, and they play with empty shells. With withered leaves,  they weave their boats and smilingly float them on the vast deep. Children have their play on the seashore of worlds”.

Love the Food

Now a day all are getting lots of disease and metabolic disorders due to bad lifestyle, not having essential required nutrition’s in their supplements of food, not spending time for physical activities and always prefer to outside unhygienic and junk foods which leads to unhealthy, Even they don’t know any idea about proper and required nutrition to our body and they don’t want it because of the busy lifestyle.

Recently I met a person who was food faddist, passionate foodie, almost who has tasted more than thousands of various dishes across the globe, he could able to say those names spontaneously. He told a story of him before addicted to the food, he had bad habits of boozing and smoking lots, once he occurred liver disease due to hepatitis C virus then it took him to severe issues almost near to liver cancer then he experienced in medication and modification of lifestyle which gave him life back then he addicted to the meal. He has found that some food object was suddenly discovered to be good for health. That day He suggested me to have good food in with gusto.

Being a blogger always I seek some lovely stuff to write. Now I got that in an old suitcase of mine which placed the top of the self in the room, Almost one and a half decade’s completed now, Since that I preserved these paintings with care, Now is the time to share here.
Time goes like anything, Age is getting old. We are all moving with the flow but only an art, the writing, and music could recollect the old memories, Without art or music, no one life will be fulfilled with glee and delight.
This was the first portrait I drew that my Mom and Dad when I was 14-year-old and this was my first try too. but still, I could remember that it was very difficult to draw for me and now too, After my mom watching this I had noticed an immense pleasure in her eyes and she had given 200 marks out of 100.

Who all are breaking this year’s resolution in five days?

Raise your hands.
I am.

Yes, we have all taken the step into 2020 with fresh feelings, thrown  all our yesteryears’ worries into last year’s trash. Making, reset up our minds to begin the year with new hopes, positive vibes, adhering to new commitments and some resolutions from day one.

But I’m a kind that took the resolution amidst the last year started to chant it every day as new year arriving, have made it so strong and more confidence, I kept those safely to enforce that as officially from first 2020. But the last day my seventh sense insisted to my heart to pound loudly about resolutions, which was waiting to implement it at first, that time I had no idea about my heart would postpone it to on the 2nd day so eventually, it repeated third day and fourth day also, I have broken this year’s resolution very soon, I just remember my heart made me to panic so many times while writing, taking important decisions and talking with girls so not just it has happened at very first time It has repeated for nine years,

So many are adhering to their resolution and follow them very strongly; Some people are just excuses to procrastinate. Others just don’t believe in it, whether it will work or not. Everyone can appreciate who is all started following their resolution others don’t worry, Let us determine strongly at least today onwards we start. We don’t have to wait for any auspicious day and avoid excuses to procrastinate.

Start today.

New Year Wishes for 2020

We have been experiencing in every aspect of life in each day and have come across different situations in 2019. Sometimes no words, someday full of worries, sometimes full of Noises either Happy or Sorrows, We felt succeed, Felt failed, gained so much of things, earned lots of money, Met lots of new friends and learned from them new things, succeeded in unplanned mystery and never won in a planned story,  traveled so many places, Rest of the planned stuff would carry to 2020 too,

Every one life has to go in different parameters at all times, but I believe strongly in Career Growth, Personal Improvement, and Social Status.

At a young age, we could do anything because we are having power once we started to think we are getting old then what would happen.?  There is a problem in this way of thinking, I remember a quote “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” – Henry Ford. I can say every single day of our future stands from our past learning and earnings. Every single minute of learning can guide you to a better future for a better Tomorrow so Today’s learning makes enhanced the future to flourish in all dimensions in our life.

So now say goodbye to 2019, welcome 2020, let us celebrate this New Year with hopes, happiness, joys, and positive vibes then I wish you all happy, prosperous ,Splendid year ahead and have a great learning 2020.

Osteoporosis

Today I feel to share about osteoporosis, some educative articles would more helpful to human life. October 20th celebrating osteoporosis day, Which is an awareness program conducting every year across the globe, let us take this as awareness and spread out.

Osteoporosis is nothing but bones with holes, which is the most common bone disease and has not any particular symptoms, In this disease, the bone becomes very weak almost which is ready to break when you are walking, lifting some hard, and anytime.
Menopause is a major risk factor of osteoporosis in the woman. a recent survey says that above the age of 50 one woman having osteoporosis in every three also called Postmenopausal osteoporosis.

BMD TEST
A proper diagnosis like a Bone Mineral Density test may patients come to know the strength of the bone- Calcium content and which detects osteopenia (mild bone loss, usually without symptoms) and osteoporosis (more severe bone loss, which may cause symptoms).
Prevention of Osteoporosis is regular weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercise. Make sure that adequate Calcium Supplementary food Such as Milk, dairy products, fish, egg, beans, green leafy vegetables, along with Vitamin D. Hence osteoporosis is a silent killer especially in women so spread awareness and stay healthy, be happy.
